What happens if I exceed my monthly minutes?

We notify you at 80% of your allocation. Overage minutes are billed at your plan's rate, and you can add minute packs to avoid overages.

How does the 14-day trial work?

Full access to your plan, no credit card required at signup. Add payment details before day 14 to keep going.

How quickly can I get set up?

Forwarding your number takes about two minutes and your AI answers right away. Full customization — voice, greeting, and FAQs — usually takes under ten. (SMS activates later, after A2P registration — see below.)

Is SMS included?

Every plan includes business texting (100 / 400 / 1,000 segments on Starter / Growth / Pro). Voice works on day one; SMS activates once your business is A2P 10DLC registered with US carriers — which we handle for you, typically in 2–3 weeks, at no extra cost. Text reminders are worth it: in a randomized trial, texting patients cut no-shows from 38.1% to 23.5%.[1]

What's A2P 10DLC and why does it take time?

A2P 10DLC is the US carrier registration (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) required for any business to text from a dedicated number — without it, messages get filtered as spam. We collect your details during onboarding and register your brand and campaign via Twilio (about a $15/mo value, included at no extra cost).
